Unfortunately many things previously written about this company are true. Newer CEO and leadership are pushing employees hard in all the wrong ways. Treating a small company under 60 employees like Amazon by over complicating processes, micromanaging, requiring overly detailed reports/proposals and spending way to much time in meetings. Culture is reactive, priorities constantly shifting and rude behaviour from the top is excused as being blunt and direct. 6 people fired within months and more with targets on their backs is a huge red flag. If you care about your career and sanity I would avoid this company like the plague as long as the same leadership is in place. Some of the VP’s are amazing but too fearful to say anything even though one of the “values” is speak up because the CEO or CFO will just bulldoze you.
