Pros
Work is fine if you don't have to go into office and get into all the fray (politics, gossip, nepotism) . This is a great company with a lot of potential for growth in the current marketplace. It also has some potential for emerging areas of growth that is required in our current and upcoming market conditions.
Kontras
Management does not seem to have the proper vision that will promote growth and development of this company. Mostly, members of upper management jockey for position just so they can strut their stuff like peacocks while a selected few employees are worn thin with way too many responsibilities. They also do not make any effort to promote growth and development of their employees at all levels. This leads to a very high turnover rate, frustrated employees, and loss of money. The current plan is NOT working.
