Michelle looks after us all and makes us feel part of a family, great office team and good team with other lads on site. Full time no zero hours like I had for 2 years at other local company. No uniform bonds and get paid double time for full shift. Also get paid full 12 hours for holiday instead of 8 which I had at other company so don't have to save now to take a holiday - great stuff.
