If you want or need to put a university on your profile then go for it. It's worthwhile noting it's separate from UTS in the way it is managed.

This workplace has a lot of under realised potential and leftover toxicity and mismanagement from the past regime that they can't seem to shake (they collectively don't have the skillset and experience to do so). A big project piece but may not be worth it if you have enough depth to your profile, best to move on as you'll be giving more than you get back from the experience.
