If you see 1 male and 1 female colleagues are not at their desk at the same time: They are having coffee chats. You can come in and leave office on time and use working hour to chat. What does a female and a male do when they often chat on whatsapp and have many coffee sessions? We go to work to make revenue increase or revenue lost?

The HR manager make things more complicated than needed most of the time, too much office politics. HR team needs a lot of improvement. If a manager has always been in a company and never experienced elsewhere I am not sure what inward contributions are there and how that could actually last so long.
