Pros

ActivTrak is installed on your computer so its great to know big brother is absolutely watching you. Its like being in a black mirror episode 5 days a week.

Kontras

You will be paid lower than market value. There has been an extremely high turnover in the CS org and you wont be able to have open dialogue as those in management positions have a fixed mindset. You tend to feel bad because the majority of customers use the data to fire employees when they could be good people. Any excuse to pay out your additional compensation will absolutely be used.

Great Company Culture, Awesome Solution, Amazing Colleagues, and Remote work

There has been some new leadership in the org and unfortunately, they don't seem to have any sort of onboarding or coaching. As a result, there's a lower morale on the team because their new leaders seem extremely stressed out and pass that along to the direct reports. Its unfortunate that it began to turn a little micromanage-y in the last few months I was there. I hope that this is a temporary situation due to how many changes the CS team is undergoing.
