Hours can be long and it can sometimes be hectic. However, the hectic part makes the day go faster.

Laid back environment with great customers

Management will lie to you in your interviews making promises they can’t keep. Will tell you 50 hours a week and then deny overtime. Will offer you free lunch Fridays and say they can’t afford it. Will tell you they are very flexible with days off but even when days are requested and approved they will hold it against you and list it as a call out. I was “fired” after being told by the store manager John it was okay to stay home sick on a Tuesday and that they will see me at work on Wednesday. When I showed up to work that Wednesday management waited 3 hours into the day for me to get covered in mud from cleaning equipment to tell me I’m fired . Eric the general manager sits on his phone all day and doesn’t even know how to fill propane tanks. As a general manager you should be knowledgeable of all aspects of the job. In his case he doesn’t know anything . They also laid off a mechanic who has worked for the company for over 10 years for no reason at all. Take all of this into consideration before applying to this job. There was also a driver whom was hired at the same time I was who never missed a day of work who was also fired for no reason at all other than speaking the truth about the company. They don’t care about anything other than their profits.
