Pros
Can't speak highly enough of the culture at Acquire. Considering that it is a remote-first business, they set you up to make great connections with people and onboard at your own pace. I have felt extremely welcome and supported throughout my first 30 days at Acquire, I was lucky enough to also be included in a team offsite so was able to meet my team in real life in San Francisco. The training for the role has been enjoyable too, with a mixture of learning, applying knowledge and shadowing to get me up to speed on everything. I've enjoyed the process as it hasn't felt forced or pressured, and given me the space and time to learn everything at my own pace. The management team are interested in what is needed to ensure you have everything to enjoy your job and do it well; along with ensuring you are generally happy. They have been very transparent with keeping us up to date with what is happening within the company and have very open communication and good rapport with the whole team.
Kontras
The only cons would be the adjustment to the time differences. As people live and work in different places in the world, at times it can be slightly more difficult to speak to people immediately.
