None, Retaining of employees is important than every other benefit. Don't go with comment of other people regarding free snacks, what will you do with snacks if you won't be having a job

Bad hire fire policies, management doesn't know what are the expectations from Employee. Termination of employees is the only consistent policy of management. Management sitting at Australia follow all unethical practices and are not even 0.1% concerned of the employees. Bangalore office has the worst environment, even director's post is not confirmed. They will give free snacks but will take your jobs. Think hundred times before joining. Not even a 2 cent place to make a career
