The management, I worked in Acodez for 6 months as their Operations Manager. I had to walk out. They have absolutely no vision or goals as what to do. Midway the management changed and they started to give negative vibes. They don't have a plan as what they want to be or do. They are more happy with stop gap arrangements than to have solutions to their problems. The management is not at all open to ideas and they would want you to just follow their orders. You would not have the freedom to lead a team. When people quit the job, the management takes it very personal and does everything possible to irritate you. The salary credit date varies and because of this all your financial needs are taken back. I did not get my job confirmation letter even after three months. The only good thing is the Developers, Designers and the Project management team who really put their hearts and souls on this. There are many experts who work there and you could get groomed by them. I made a mistake by opting to join with them. Be very careful about what the organization expects from you when you join and make sure you get that on papers. Diplomacy can stop wars but can't win a war. Business is war and you need to be on the top. All the best to whoever wants to join.
