Good learning curve - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Ace Analytics: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I worked at Ace Analytics as a remote team member, and my overall experience has been very positive. The work culture is supportive, flexible, and focused on learning and ownership. A special mention to my Team Lead, Anand Padhiyar — he is extremely supportive, approachable, and always willing to guide and mentor. He gives clear direction, trusts the team, and encourages continuous improvement without micromanagement. The leadership is another strong point. Birud Vora, CEO, is very grounded, transparent, and genuinely cares about both the company and its people. Even in a remote setup, communication from leadership felt open and inclusive. Remote work flexibility, trust-based management, and exposure to meaningful projects make Ace Analytics a great place to grow professionally.

- There is no review system, they just reward the person who they think is doing the work. - Either you will get piled up enormous work or will get nothing to do and will have to sit in the office to complete your 8.5 hours which are compulsory by the way no matter what your workload is. Inflexible is not enough to describe how this company operates. - The management understands almost the bare minimum about the code and are only focused on the outputs which shouldn't be a problem but then they make juvenile or insane decisions without talking about it with the Devs. - Almost everyone I met there with the exception of HR, the CEO himself, Management and one or two senior dev wants to quit. They just haven't found an offer yet. - All the people saying they cant think of a con are probably just HR people or fake, because while some of the people I met were great, this is NOT a 4.9 company.
