I worked at the San Leandro office in Oakland for a short time. The office manager is nice. Overall the office atmosphere is kind of friendly.

The work atmosphere is often chaotic, paranoid, and management is disorganized. Turnover rate in this office is very high with a typical employee leaving after only 3 or 4 weeks of starting. Instructions were not always clear due to management's indecisiveness and ineffective delegation of work tasks. There is a lot of paranoia on the part of management. I overheard a manager once accuse an employee of stealing all the staplers from the office only to find the staplers in question located in a supply cabinet. The paranoia and lack of organization lends itself to a chaotic work environment.

Benefits are good and the ladies that worked in the office were wonderful

The main manager constantly micromanages everything. She would tell you to do one thing and when you did it the way she asked she would then change her mind. Nothing is consistent and people are constantly leaving. The people who worked in the office seemed constantly overwhelmed. They need to hire someone to manage the office better.
