The company has solid values and a great culture. Senior Management is very supportive of process improvement and they are open for feedback and making everyday better. Employees want to do well and work hard. The company is driving more and more process improvements which is takes employee's ideas and puts them into action. When the industry faced a lack of available trucking resources, the company invested into its own trucking entity which shows AW's commitment to customers and doing what is right. The leadership and team focus on customer service and constantly seeking process improvements all the way around. Access World is a great company to work for. Excellent benefits and awesome people; I am very proud to be on such a terrific team.

Sales promises more than can be handled, warehouse and csr team do not work together or agree , constant mistakes, constant harassment to customers for non payment
