Thank you for your review of Access Development on Glassdoor and for providing the feedback about the owner being a visionary. It's evident that as we approach our 40 year celebration that their dedication and vision have been instrumental in driving the company forward. However, it's concerning to hear about the long hours. While a strong work ethic is valuable, maintaining a healthy work-life balance is crucial for both productivity and well-being and will look at strategies to help our teams find the appropriate balance for their overall well-being.

Pros

Nothing Access Development will go out of business soon. Upper Management, customer relationships, and their products all are struggling. They have to pivot their business model every few months because of decisions upper management makes.

Kontras

Everything, the pay is way below market average. The building location is in a bad area of Salt Lake, upper management is killing the company
