Company has medical and vacation. Typical benefits. Aren't allowed to take vacation and you stop accruing so that can be a problem. Individual friendship with people the company can't take away even though they do watch who you talk to. They do have a coffee cart every few months.

Culture is non existent. People don't talk or interact with each other anymore. They have split up department and isolated people. Dismal. Everyone is just waiting to get fired or the place to crumble. Life circumstances keep some going to work at a place they are no longer valued. Very sad compared to the fun, friendly collaborative environment it used to be.
