Only contract work which happens mostly in 4th Q.

The benefits are nice and for the most part people from the same department work well with each other. Flexible work schedules.

Collaboration between AES and PPD is not always positive or encouraged. Management is not supportive because they are stretched thin or just not in tune with the workers and the type of work that the people they are assigned to lead. Employees are underpaid and career development falls through the cracks. Some people in site management are exclusive to people they work with (although the company policy is to be inclusive). Silo type of environment where departments blame one another instead of working and learning together to fix problems. Overwhelming workloads without support. A figure it out yourself environment even if it is a problem that should be handled by a manager, and if you get it wrong be prepared to get scolded in front of coworkers.
