I was put through an arduous 7 interview process. Yes, 7 interviews. I was repeatedly questioned about my short time at a previous company that folded during the COVID lock down. In the end, after a year, Accelerance lost a major customer that was bankrolling our salaries it seems so, they laid off almost everyone in Sales and Marketing. My manager was often patronizing, condescending and made fun of other ethnicities on a regular basis, even though our literally business depends on outsourcing to India, Asia and LatAm. Annoyingly they go on and on about their core values but they don't uphold any of them from my perspective. Admittedly I only communicated with one manager 99% of the time so it is hard to tell if others are the same.

Because the company operates in a highly specialized niche, there can be a learning curve in fully understanding the ecosystem and articulating the value proposition at a deep level. However, once you’re over that curve, it becomes a major advantage. Also, as with many high-performing teams, expectations are high. This is not a place to coast. It’s a place to build, refine, and continuously improve.
