Working on some very complex 5G Systems, combining Algorithms design, Software Modelling, Hardware Architecting said algorithms for efficient HW implementation, Hardware Integration with Software, Rigorous UVM Verification, CI/CD and Automated Flow continual execution testing, Complete L1 Product Lifecycle. Moving towards end to end testing of the system as more components of the chain reach maturity and design stability. Extremely rewarding work if you like getting your head around the complex. A Small Team, so you get great exposure to lots of different company functional teams, projects, tools and ultimately skills.

Work can be significantly complex and sometimes it is hard to reach out for assistance or gain input from senior management or subject matter experts. On occasion you will be required to be very versatile across multiple job functions, but for some this is often advantageous. Is in a unique setting of being an IP vendor to telecomms/satellite vendors and so business opportunities can require a lot of technical push and pull on resource distracting from day to day work flows, potentially sometimes not resulting in closing business at the end of it, yet I suspect this is common of many companies.
