-They have unlimited annual leave and that's about it

- Recently went through alot of changes in the company, they're not really big in terms of headcount but they layoff very often. Almost every quarter. -Since the role within the company changed, no proper structure on targets for SDR. We don't know what our goal is. -Micro-managing also happens from time o time -they promised their perks but never really deliver it.
