If you are only motivated by money, then this place is for you. But, be prepared for backstabbing, literally decisions made without a hint of understanding of ground truth and program managers saying, "I'm the alpha male, no one else is the alpha male, there is only one alpha male and I'm it..." Incompetence is beyond comical to the point of unbelievable. When Jason DeYonker cares nothing more than the bottomline it is an indicator for the culture of the organization.

That he was employed with his pathological background clearly shows Constellis Group is solely motivated by money. Disrespects people and is known to do so routinely. Is allowed to do so cause of the contract is more important than Veteran employees. Does not take are of Veteran employees/contractors. Is not Veteran friendly. You are expected to bend over backwards for the company to fill billeting needs but little to no appreciation is given in return. You are used as a number and nothing more. DO NOT be fooled by false advertising. Constellis Group is 100% NOT Veteran friendly. Is known to verbally abuse employees. Scheduler does not return phone calls or emails.
