Schedule (3/4 days on 3/4 days off), Good pay(Hourly now), Good benefits, Free monthly water, good place to move up in rank, annual raises, and no lay offs, cool leadership. Performance bonuses.
Kontras
Some may not like 12 hr shifts, regular cleaning of equipment and plant, sometimes get large bottle jams that need to be cleaned up and scrapped. Performance bonuses are hard to come by with all the downtime from machines breaking or setups not being ideal slowing down production.
