Pros
To be honest there wasn't many. Sometimes you got to work on good music promos but they usually never paid well (which meant lots of overtime and late nights without pay).
Location was pretty decent, in the heart of Soho.
Kontras
The workplace - A lot of aggressive behaviour, bullying and misconduct involving junior members of staff.
Senior management had lack of leadership and support. As the point above, management and CEO tended to push these behaviours and encouraged to cultivate an environment which was vastly unpleasant to be a part of.
