The new leadership really stands out. They're creative and forward thinking, but they also respect and value the people who built the strong product and got the company where it is today. It's a great balance of fresh energy and honoring what's already been built. Tons of growth opportunities since the company is actively scaling. If you want to take on new challenges and advance your career, there's room to do it. Work-life balance is a real priority. The company offers 2 company wide mental health days plus 2 additional days you can choose yourself. It shows they actually care about employee wellbeing, not just talk about it.

As with any growing company, things can move quickly and processes are still being refined. But the openness to feedback makes this feel like growing pains rather than systemic issues.
