When you work with Above Average, you're working with a bunch of "Fake it till you make it" types. As in, not a single one of them is dependable to do at least mediocre of a job when they're put in charge to produce anything. They hired a crew of camera ops that don't even know what a light meter is, let alone how to adjust an aperture, pull focus, and--you know--get some usable footage shot. Then the audio people they hire want to try mic-ing talent in some weird, experimental, and incorrect way that only produces feedback and cross recordings throughout. This isn't Phil Spectre, and we don't need to make a Wall of Sound. Just do it right or don't do it at all.
