Constant re-organisation and a very high turnover of IT Architects and other roles. Current leadership team does not value IT Architecture - no career path, no training, very limited and declining levels of responsibility and influence. Two out of the three lines of business (Investments and Adviser) are underperforming. There are much better opportunities for IT Architects elsewhere, especially those that want to develop and progress.
