Management have poor understanding of timelines and complexity of issues. Likes to micro manage. Initiatives were poorly thought out with very little resource support. Operations and culture may look good on paper but reality faces many quality and safety risks on the ground. Management is only interested in declaring achievements too soon only to realize that some projects actually failed to deliver due to unrealistic timelines. People are badly pressured to work 24 7 and randomly assigned into newly vacated positions with no training at all just to plug operational gaps and be the blame guy for it. If you look at turnover, it's been 20% annually. Very high for a global organisation. Low annual salary raise.
