They have a no complacency attitude when it comes to staying up to date with current technology trends. Managers ensure that younger employees are up to snuff. Anyone coming out of this company will acquire highly transferrable skills for a multitude of environments. Very nice people with caring midwestern values. If you are young and hungry to learn this is a good company to get a career start at.

Project management is lacking resulting in long term projects turning into boondoggles. Low level people have no idea what the big picture is and have no concept of what will deliver real business value to the company. Serious need of streamlined organization for resolving bugs and goal setting for projects. Talent acquisition is also very lacking. They have a large University that is 5 mins from the main office but refuse to take a chance on a young person with potential but lacking experience. They have poor compensation rate for a highly competitive field such as software development.
