Turnover is horrendous because of this let alone the fact that it is dangerous due to basically encouraging reckless driving. - Two hours of work per day due to the management (Glassdoor rules… can’t point out a specific person) paranoid about you stealing his job. Sure I could spend the rest of the time studying to be a project manager, but it really makes for a long day.
