There’s definitely a steep learning curve, but that’s part of what makes it so rewarding. You’re constantly challenged, but surrounded by smart, kind, and passionate teammates who make even the busiest days enjoyable. Not really a con, but advice for anyone considering AZDS: there’s a ton of opportunity to grow here, but it requires initiative and a willingness to be challenged. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, you’ll fit in great!
