Very nice people, lots of work to be done, fair pay, stocked break room, you get to work from home sometimes, good starting point for people who want into the oil and gas industry, lots of exposure to technical terminology, nice office.
Kontras
There were some distractions in the office and that made it difficult to concentrate and sometimes meetings served as a bigger distraction. Procedures for CBT changed all the time during projects, which would require having to rework the same project over and over. Sometimes it can be mundane work as well. Not much upward mobility in terms of promotions and pay. It is a family owned company though with two other partners but a good job none the less so that one can get their foot in the door. You are in the Woodlands, which is a family friendly place but it can get boring fast.
