POOR MANAGEMENT - Customer Assistance Representative bei AXA Partners: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Very poor place to work at, I worked for 2 months then they fired me saying that my results are not satisfying and I request a lot of assistance, knowing that I'm still a new hire, they put in place unprofessional agents for assistance as well, Also they have very poor communication regarding your performance, they didn't even bother to send me an email explaining my working performance or debriefing my status, so they just came and fire me without any significant reason
