Pros
Opportunities to work on endless projects, across multiple partners and get stuck into as much work as you want! Support from leadership to develop in professional qualifications (with repayment caveats of course) Opportunity to work and lead on international projects Great team to work with! Some good benefits e.g. free travel insurance, breakdown insurance, home emergency insurance as a staff member Office conveniently located near London/good transport links Flexibilty in homeworking
Kontras
Poor work life balance - in principle, yes, but in practice just too much work. Long days, from the top down everyone demonstrates this bad culture. Fundamental difference between walk and talk - values don't apply in practice, a lot of internal politics and leadership disregard their employees' views/messages. Asked to do work but don't want to hear any of the "negative" findings. They ask to be challenged, then stop you and dismiss your constructive criticisms and requests. Mental health is just a buzzword but not a real focus No flexibility e.g. unable to work abroad even for a week a year if needed (allegedly to protect the company. understandable) Benefits and pay WAY below market for most roles - beware. Very different to AXA UK - cannot choose extra benefits e.g. no buy/sell holiday, no extra life/other insurance
