The open level of communication from management on down, regarding employee expectations, company performance, account specific regulations, and the "just being there" feeling is hard to replace.

Being cursed out on the phones is never fun, but it comes with the territory. One of the more important concerns would be shifting client demands. In addition, AXA affiliated companies which provide operations management have a completely different, almost nonsensical approach.
