Company culture and work environment is toxic!! I've often questioned myself "how does this company make money?" Do many inefficiencies that don't make sense. No one wants to traje accountability to make BIG decisions to get bad managers/leaders out. It's not conducive for anyone to be successful in thier. Employees are set up to fail. Sink or swim. Eat or be eaten. CEO is in everyone's business. Sends emails at 2am 4am and expects answers. If the company were rated for managers that go out on the companies dime and get drunk it would be rated a 5. Questionable behavior and practices that might make someone with integrity question whether they really want to work for a place like this.
