failure to adhere to agile practices. will break contract for petty reasons fl has a stipulation on how long you must be employed to get benefits. avt broke a contract early so I cannot receive financial assistance From day 1 I was blocked from agile meetings that were crucial for success. I was told full software needed for my duties would be in my hands within 2 weeks. at the mollasses rate their team was moving it would have been 9 years. lots of docmentation was also non existent that needed to exist before hiring me The day of my layoff I received unprofessional criticism for things that had nothing to do with me while the main pffice was praising me during a layoff and stated they would rehire. company promised to assist me in finding next job. they did nothing tangible beyond 2 second google searches, reaching out to unafilliated cpntractors that had 0 ability to bail them out of laying me off , sending me phone numbers to brankrupt former recruiting firms they never called. my resume now is receiving low scores ever since fiasco. Ai and ATS see a layoff and short stints at a company as a firing offence. AVT's actions have done immense dmg to future employability while everyone that found me and pushed me into this job has fallen silent as lienes and bankruptcy have become my norm ironic when considering I was told I could work for them again one day while during the layoff I heard freaking criticism
