Growing company, flexibility, most people are self-managed, some opportunities to move around in different industries for some people. Some occasional training opportunities - though you got to sign a pay-back agreement if you leave within 2 or 3 years.
Kontras
Half truths/false promises from directors to get you to join the company. No real perks to speak of, annual bonus was pretty low, no pension, some people get cars depending on job. Low-end equipment used on most CBM contracts - made the job difficult.
