I am honest when I say this is the best company I worked for.
Besides the famous benefits like ice-cream and snacks every day and free lunch on wednesdays I can point out to the stellar environment and work culture, the community feeling is palpable here.
There is a great chill attitude in the air, nonetheless most people are exceptionally smart and have lots of "let's do it" attitude. Which keeps employees motivated and engaged.
The relationship between the employee and company is respected and AVSystem gives back every effort the employee gives to the company, this is quite hard to find and I would say its the highlight of the company.
The products are very front-end and I think this company will go places, I'm very happy to be part of this journey!
I need to do a shoutout to HR, which is super helpful since recruitment to daily mundane questions, props to them!

AVSystem is growing into a more "corporate" and matured company and acquiring procedures impacting work-life flexibility, this is expected and it comes with growth.
Even though these setbacks exist, there is still plenty of will to take in account the life of the employee first.
