Salary on time, People spend here 10,15 20 years, 8.5 hours working in a day, No problems to taking leaves, sometimes people took 45 days leaves for their marriage. No late stay.
Kontras
Very much favoritism. Lots of politics, people think more on how to kick out others to take the retirement. Skills set problem in upper management. They don't want to learn new things and never understand Juniors. All the work and tasks are given by Graz. More creative and difficult work is done in Graz only not in India. Juniors join and leave in 3-4 years because they never see any growth because seniors are never leaving the company.
