A lot of turn over including senior level, but the wrong ones stay. There are too many sideline projects, hiring consultants for everything, a senior leadership that is not connected to the core of the industry. There are almost no industry people left employed there. There is a big problem of saying one thing, but actually doing the exact opposite. They say you can disagree or present an alternate solution/path, but in reality you will get a talking to privately to "get on board". Senior leadership just says yes to everything the CEO/COO say.
