Now that I look back, my days at Avida were pretty special. At first, I kept a bit of a distance, not really seeing the full picture. But with time, I realized our boss was actually super supportive and genuinely nice. It's something I came to appreciate more after stepping back.
Met some wonderful, supportive colleagues there.
The office was not only beautiful but always clean. Regular lunches and team gatherings really highlighted the great company culture.
