Weak managerial support: while the manager appears supportive during 1:1 discussions, that support is often absent in practice. In public forums, they tend to align with senior management or leadership during unfair reprimands, even in cases where actions were taken based on their own guidance. The team also operates without clear standard procedures, senior management demonstrates a highly micromanaging approach, frequently shifting accountability for managerial gaps onto the execution team.
