1. Constantly increasing workload without increasing wages 2. No work life balanced, very busy high paced, lots of meetings from 8pm -11pm, 4 days a week. 3. low salary ,raise 2-5% yearly 4. no referral bonus 5. very unfair working environment ,You don't need to do a good job, you just need to make your boss happy and get good raise. 6.no diversity. They only like Taiwanese. 7.no background check. It's easy for dishonest people to come in. 8. they hire their related to work and and screw things up.
