He Will keep on create new policies each month to torture employees. This company has no projects it will only outsource its employees by putting fake experience and fake projects .If u put resignation Tauseef will terminate u for 1-2 months then he will demand you for money to get your experience letter u can get reviews from current employees and after coming out of horrible experience from ATS while searching job he will give negative feedback about employee. There is no job security and he will not clear background verification. official timings of office is 9 am-7 pm which is 10 hrs. all this points you can get from present employees.
