CEIPAL has been incredibly frustrating to use. It’s unreliable and often fails to work when you need it the most. The system crashes without warning, and you lose valuable data, which completely disrupts workflows. Support is slow and unhelpful, and the platform constantly freezes or lags. The user interface is clunky, and the search features rarely work as expected. It’s hard to believe such a subpar tool is still being used. Definitely not worth the money.
