Mom and Pop company/ mentality, with accounting as a separate facility physically isolated from sales. No communication and shoot from the hip bi-polar shotgun approach by uninformed upper management. They blindside you selectively to have something over you with the, we have people that let us know... more like random accounting people that wonder in and snoop around in sales department.
