Can't really think of any.

The culture is like you are back in high school and the senior leadership team is the in-crowd. They play favorites and it's very clicky. If you don't talk/act how they want you to, you will be ostracized. If you are an independent thinker, you might not fit in here, and they will make it very clear you don't fit it.

-Good benefit plan (you can get more education at an affordable price) -Overall, great people work there -Your work will contribute to great causes

-Workplace politics can outweigh individual performance and results. -Compensation may be below market compared to similar roles, likely due to the organization's nonprofit structure. -The organization's mission supports ASU initiatives. While many of those initiatives are positive, I don't personally agree with every decision or policy made by ASU.
