Very casual and friendly atmosphere. Management is very understanding when dealing with personal issues. Great health benefits.
Kontras
ASNA does not provide a professional growth path. Once you're hired, you are stuck in that position forever. Management does not believe in promoting from within and will hire new graduates into development positions to save money. Salary increases are rare, and usually only given when you threaten to quit. Management is pretty much oblivious to modern software development tools and methodologies, and there doesn't seem to be a clear direction in which the company is heading.
