All of those benefits are great ways to forget that the typical commute for an employee here is about 45min-1hr, cost of living in the region greatly exceeds the spending power of your paycheck. To top it all off, most roles at this location can easily be remote but they aren’t because “company culture” or it’s “a privilege”
