Cantine meals have great quality, people are overall professional and well mannered

ASML Berlin’s HR & Recruitment are overwhelmed, confused and not up to date with global policies within ASML - 90% meetings, 10% actual time to focus on core tasks. Wasting time with meetings to initiate, to discuss and then to throw over all alignments because one person is not informed well. Everyone is unhappy and many juniors overwhelmed with what to expect. Too much pressure on theoretical stuff and discussing every detail by avoidance actual completion of tasks. Judgemental mindset and inflexibility is holding off the teams.

Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

Kontras

Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
