Slowly becoming a giant capitalistic dinosaur with full focus only on profit and politics - Project Lead bei ASML: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Processes are well organized, but hardly followed. Only focusing on profit, therefore ASML has the strong tendency to promote people that have the same mindset. ASML will not give you better salary if promoted, that will take at least 3 year. Will even question the integrity of employees if not fully focused on earning enough money for the shareholders.
